Stop over thinking.

Over thinking is the art of creating problems that do not even exist. Are you lost in thought? Are you disturbed? Come off it. Over thinking is not the next sensible step to take. To overcome over thinking just,

  1. Take a nap.

Just sleep it off. Forget your worries. When you’re asleep, 70% of everything in your brain gets off.

2. Be positive.

A positive mind is all you need. Always look at the good side in everything and remember that your tongue is powerful so if you proclaim evil into your life then •••••

3. Be prayerful.

In everything you want to do, put God first whether you’re a Muslim or a Christian. Tell all of your problems to God and remember to thank him for what HE has done already.

4. Control your worries.

We all have worries but they shouldn’t be getting to us. We should learn to defeat our worries instead of them defeating us.

5. Have a to-do list.

When you have a list of whatever you want to do, you’ll not have to think about it whenever you cannot remember. A to-do list is very important because it saves stress and makes you act according to the way you’ve planned.

6. Avoid impulse buying.

Sometimes you get engrossed by some things during shopping and you feel you need them. No matter how beautiful or important it is, overlook it so you won’t overspend. When you overspend then you will start thinking of how to get money for the important needs you haven’t fulfilled.

6. Trust God.

When you ask God for something, he gives you three answers
A. Yes.
B. No.
C. Wait.
Whichever one HE chooses is the right one for you. Just trust God.

7. Don’t get anxious.

Anxiety is another stepping stone to over thinking. When you are anxious about something, you feel like all your dreams should come true at that point in time. Stop being anxious no matter how happy you feel, you will be restless, hence, over thinking comes in.

8. Obey your conscience.

When you are being forced to do what you don’t want to then your conscience judges you. You end up over thinking because you have a bad feeling about the decision you took.

9. Be happy.

No matter what the problems are, just try to be happy even if it is fake .🤔

10. Stop wishing, have a purpose.

Inspiration #183 says great minds have purposes, little minds have wishes. If you’re still thinking about life being a fairytale that everything you want becomes fulfilled, your name should be sorry. Life isn’t perfect so we should live with the imperfection and stop wishing instead you improvise.
