Thank you for visiting this blog once again. I trust you are good. God has a word or two for you. As you read, I pray that His Words brings peace to your heart. Amen.
Can you read the verse above again? Who is the good Shepherd? Oladewa Laura? The President of your country? Your parents? Your guardian? Who exactly?
JESUS! Jesus is the good Shepherd.
When you come to the realization of the sentence above, oh my gosh, you wouldn’t live anyhow. You wouldn’t wake up on a certain day and feel so unloved, valueless, worthless.
If Jesus can give His entire life for you; His sheep, it means you are extremely valuable. So valuable.
My question now is, why do you feel forsaken sometimes? Why do you feel unloved by God?
The Devil lied to you! The Devil knows how valuable you are but he doesn’t want you to know that. He knows you are a royal priesthood, a child of The King of kings, but his aim is to cloud your mind.
But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;

Sometimes, you think that God has left and forsaken you because of how much the Devil has clouded your heart. If only you could see yourself the way God sees you, you would know how valuable you are.
That’s right. Because I, your God , have a firm grip on you and I’m not letting go. I’m telling you, ‘Don’t panic. I’m right here to help you.’
Isaiah 41:13 MSG
You cannot have a firm grip on something that is not valuable. The reason I study my books or Bible is because I consider my studies valuable and God is of great value to me too.
You don’t spend time with something you do not value. For God to hold you tightly, it means there is something powerful in you. When this dawns on your being, you wouldn’t act anyhow, talk anyhow, walk anywhere. You would be so conscious of your value.
Imagine you had a bag of gold that you value so much, no matter how much dust gets on the gold, it’s still gold and all you have to do is to wipe the dust off the gold and it becomes clean. Your sins shouldn’t take you away from God. He values you, not your sin, so He wants you to come to Him. because He loves you so much.
You are God’s VIP! His own special person! He cannot leave you, ever!
Nothing can separate you from the love of God.
I want you to also note that if you are not His sheep, He cannot care for you. A good Shepherd cares for His own sheep and not wolves. If you are not His child, He will protect His children from you because He considers you wicked. Good news is that God is willing to accept you as His child. All you have to do is to surrender your life to Him. You can say this prayer “Dear Jesus, I have come to realise how much you love me. I ask that you forgive my sins so I become your child. Thank You Jesus because you have forgiven me. Amen.”
